Abstract

The publication of the Analysis of the 2020 Data Needs Survey for the City of Parepare contains an analysis to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information and provide better public services. This analysis is also complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
