Analysis of Data Needs Survey Results 2019

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. Respondents in SKD 2019 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Services (ISS) by face to face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter, website, or statistical services online. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD2019 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of SKD 2019 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of customer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and performance analysis of service units. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The scope of the analysis of the 2019 SKD results is the ISS of BPS-Statistics of Parepare Municipality. The SKD results show that consumers in the BPS-Statistics of Parepare Municipality ISS are dominated by consumers who come from domestic education and research institutions (63.33%) .In general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from the BPS of Parepare Municipality data providers. Consumer satisfaction with services in ISS of BPS-Statistics of Parepare Municipality is illustrated through CSI with a value of 93.83%.
